Family Friendly Workplaces presentation will help you understand the key components of the new Federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) and the Pump for Nursing Mothers Act. You will also leave today's meeting with three practical implementation strategies for each of the new laws. Lastly, today's meeting will empower you to be able to communicate the benefits oto businesses to comply with the new laws.

Financial insecurity and stress are wreaking havoc on workers. It affects their mental and
physical health, as well as their working lives, in numerous and detrimental ways.

In this session, we will gain a deeper understanding of employee financial security and how it impacts workplace productivity.

We will also address the most effective and achievable way employers can use an existing resource to make a difference in the financial security and overall well-being of their
employees.

Mike Heneke returns to Hays to talk to our group about Innovative Onboarding. Hear how to utilize innovative techniques to roll out the red carpet for new hires and increase productivity and retention! Today’s employees make up their mind quickly, so first impressions are more important than ever. There are 3 training styles and each individual responds best to one of them, these styles are discussed because it does get in the way!  Also, how to help experienced employees who coach these new hires!

Trooper Tod will be doing an Active Shooter Training with our group. As this is an indepth training, please note that this meeting will be two hours.
