Mike Heneke returns to Hays to talk to our group about Innovative Onboarding. Hear how to utilize innovative techniques to roll out the red carpet for new hires and increase productivity and retention! Today’s employees make up their mind quickly, so first impressions are more important than ever. There are 3 training styles and each individual responds best to one of them, these styles are discussed because it does get in the way!  Also, how to help experienced employees who coach these new hires!

Trooper Tod will be doing an Active Shooter Training with our group. As this is an indepth training, please note that this meeting will be two hours.

Organizations that don’t realize the development many women in the workplace are missing out. The reasons are multi-dimensional; some women lack the confidence needed for self-promotion, some work in departments that don’t receive adequate funding for training; and others find themselves excluded from overall development because of systemic gender bias that exists in some companies.
