During this session we will discuss how organizations leverage “Experiential Recruiting” to enhance their human capital efforts when hiring early-career professionals.  This skills-based hiring approach is easy to use and allows organizations to (i) identify, target, and engage candidates based upon specific objectives; (ii) efficiently assess candidates earlier in the process; and (iii) enhance key metrics including cost-per-hire, conversion, time-to-hire, and retention.

For organizations with strong early-career programs, this session will provide actionable tools that complement what is already in place, while also providing insights that show how these programs can be further leveraged.  For organizations that have limited or no early-career professional opportunities, we will discuss easy opportunities to benefits from this talent pool to support existing professionals, drive innovation, and provide workforce flexibility.
