Dr. LeAnn Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an Associate Professor of Management at Fort Hays State University, a leadership mindset coach, and co-founder of The Well-Center for Hope, a local coffee shop and non-profit organization in WaKeeney, KS. LeAnn has served in various leadership, human resources, and organizational development roles in higher education and industry and is a certified HR professional through SHRM and HRCI. LeAnn received her PhD in Global Leadership with a concentration in Organizational Management from Indiana Tech. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, watching Kansas City Chiefs football, and vacationing at the beach.
