Is it best to spend time utilizing your strengths or is it more productive to work on fixing your weaknesses? The Gallup Strengths theory contends that people should spend the majority of their time doing what they do best; using their already existing natural talents to become more productive and profitable in the workplace and at home. We will spend the hour diving into tools you can use to discover clues to your natural talents. We will also discuss tactics for leveraging your (and others’) talents for the success of your organization. Living your best life, at work and at home, begins when you tap into your unique talents.
